Delivery Region

The Paris in Lisboa online store sends shipments to mainland Portugal and islands as well as to the entire European Union.

Delivery times

The delivery time of the orders varies according to the region. After payment is confirmed, your order takes from 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days to be separated. After this period, the term of the carrier is added, estimated at 1 (one) to 2 (two) days for Mainland Portugal and mainland Spain and between 2 and 3 working days for any other destinations.

The delivery time is counted in working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Working days of delivery by the carrier: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

The Paris store in Lisbon is not responsible for delays by the carrier that are beyond your control and cannot be attributed to you.

In-store delivery

You can choose, at the time of purchase, to pick up your orders online at our store at Rua Garrett 77, 1200-203 Lisboa and benefit from free shipping. After payment confirmation, your order will be ready for collection in the store within 3 working days. As soon as the order is ready to be collected, an email will be sent to you. For the recipient to be able to make the withdrawal, it is mandatory to present an Identification Document (Citizen Card, Identity Card or Passport) and the email sent by Paris in Lisbon.

The order may be collected by someone other than the recipient, provided that they present an Identification Document (Citizen Card, Identity Card or Passport), copy of the recipient's identification (Citizen Card, Identity Card or Passport) and the survey email.

Working days of delivery to the store: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

The order is available for pick-up in store for 30 days. After that period, the order is returned to our warehouses. For more information contact Customer Service.

Returns & Exchanges

To simplify logistical processes, we do not accept exchanges, but returns.

The consumer has a reflection period of 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, for return. The counting of the period starts from the day immediately after the receipt of the product by the consumer. Counting is not interrupted on weekends or holidays. In the event of a return, you must notify us by e-mail / phone so that the item to be returned by the transport company is collected. We only ask that the reason for the return be described. Only returns of merchandise that is undamaged, or showing signs of use and that is returned in the original packaging are accepted. The Paris store in Lisbon refunds the price paid for the items to be returned within the deadline and under the required conditions.

Delays in delivery

If there is any type of delay in the delivery of orders, we ask that you contact us from 7 (seven) days and up to 15 (fifteen) days after the date of purchase, in order to verify the logistical process in detail and so we act with the transport company responsible for deliveries
